Role Overview:


As the Partnership Manager at Lendlord, you will spearhead our partnership strategy, fostering new collaborations while nurturing existing relationships. Your efforts will be pivotal in expanding our reach and driving user acquisition, all while ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication with our valued partners.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Scale Lendlord's affiliate / partnership program by forming direct partnerships with amazing innfluencers, and other property organisations
  • Design promotional campaigns across partners with the ultimate goal of acquiring more users and customers
  • Ensuring proper tracking, analysis and reporting
  • A focus on designing, scaling, and continuously improving these partner programs, with a focus on delivering commercial outcomes.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for partners, taking full ownership internally as well as externally.
  • Managing all aspects of the partnership including the project management of the partners’ technical onboarding, the prioritisation and evaluation of initiatives and ongoing partner management.
  • As part of these efforts, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders - among the team 


What are we looking for?


  • 2+ years of experience in a business development/partnership/sales role
  • Knowledge of our ecosystem (property and finance) - advantage 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining partner relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
