We are currently looking for Printroom Manager
To maintain a constant smooth and efficient Print Room operations on all our 3 sites through the development of the team and the wider areas of the business. Responsible for the achievement of specified KPI’s . To develop, plan and manage the Print Room team’s workload, along with its associated functions to ensure the operation is running efficiently and effectively. Responsible for imposing and maintaining agreed high standards of health and safety along with hygiene and presentation of all areas within the sites and ensuring that all aspects of waste management are kept within the agreed guidelines.
- To ensure that daily operations are managed to ensure the smooth flow in all areas that you are responsible for. Along with communicating with other areas to ensure minimal impact.
- To achieve and improve upon customer satisfaction targets by effective management ensuring that quality aspects of the depot operate to project the highest standards to the customer.
- Develop and maintain a motivated team
- To contribute towards the improvement of processes/methods of operating practices within the depot.
- Analyse reports against KPI’s and target s and advise on action needed to improve results.
- To be responsible for H & S legislation and the sites H & S policies.

- Good relationship building
- Self-motivated and organized with effective communication skills both written and verbal to be able to manage across all levels within the business
- Good PC skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, Rubicon or other ERP/WHM systems
- Flexible, confident, optimistic and drive to create change as well as coping with sustained and changing job demands.
- Inquisitive, innovative and can think ‘outside the box’ and is driven by continual improvement and with high personal standards and integrity.
- Has common sense, is pragmatic and is self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
