Audit Director/ Partner- Step Up Core3 are working exclusively with a fantastic regional firm based in the Southwest. Due to impressive levels of growth, they are now seeking to recruit an Audit Director or Partner who will be instrumental in the development of the team and take responsibility for networking and business development.
They boast fantastic staff and client retention due to their inclusive and diverse culture and pride themselves on being supportive of all staff in their development.
As an Audit Director/ Partner, you will play a pivotal role in developing business, the team and taking an active role in networking events.

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the audit practice.
Provide leadership and direction to the audit team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored audit solutions.
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Review and sign off on audit reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality deliverables.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Implement and monitor effective quality control procedures and risk management practices.
Mentor and develop audit staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Promote a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
