Corporate Tax Director/ Partner- Step Up Core3 are working exclusively with a fantastic regional firm based in the Southwest. Due to impressive levels of growth, they are now seeking to recruit a Corporate Tax Director or Partner who will be instrumental in the development of the team and take responsibility for networking and business development.
They boast fantastic staff and client retention due to their inclusive and diverse culture and pride themselves on being supportive of all staff in their development.
As a Tax Director/ Partner, you will play a pivotal role in developing business, the team and taking an active role in networking events. Managing the tax compliance for a client portfolio across a variety of industries.
Mentoring, training and developing junior staff, as well as reviewing their work.
Developing client relationships, through phone, email and face to face contact answering technical queries and offering advice.
Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the tax department.
Undertaking various advisory projects such as EIS, EMI, R&D, Exits, Corporate Structure and Acquisitions.
Conduct internal training sessions, and appraisals to develop junior staff.
Flexible in your approach and demonstrates a friendly demeanour when under pressure.
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on client service.
Good technical knowledge of tax compliance.
Familiarisation with corporate tax regulations, as well as PAYE and VAT.
Our client is seeking an experienced senior leader within either Corporate Tax. Competitive salary depending on experience.
