Administrator/Procurement Coordinator

Your mission As a procurement administrator, you willsupportour Head of Procurement and will be assisting in the day-to-day running of the procurement department, ensuring excellent service is delivered to our internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain effective communications with all disciplines within the project, the BAM business and supply chain.
Provide high quality customer service in all communications with internal and external customers
Produce Requisition (Draft Orders) within SAP to agreed company standards and formatting
Establish and maintain paper (where applicable) and computer based document filing systems.
Issue correspondence and orders to relevant suppliers and / or subcontractors
Successful experience of working in a general administration support role or field of expertise
Microsoft packages
Proven data entry experience
GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
Experience of procurement specific operating systems, e.g. SAP, COINS
Previous experience working on a construction project in similar role
