About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team at BAM Nuttall. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Procurement, including maintaining effective communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of requisitions, including checking information and raising draft orders in SAP.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including requisitions and orders, in accordance with company standards and formatting.
  • Establish and maintain document filing systems, both paper and electronic.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required, including issuing correspondence and orders to suppliers and subcontractors.
Requirements
  • Successful experience in a general administration support role or field of expertise.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of operating IT systems, including Microsoft packages.
  • Proven data entry experience.
  • GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English.
