We are seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator to join our team at BAM Nuttall, a leading construction company. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in general administration support, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Experience of operating IT systems, including Microsoft packages, is essential, as is proven data entry experience. GCSE's or equivalent in Maths and English are also required.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, where you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the procurement department. Your key tasks will include maintaining effective communications with all disciplines within the project, providing high-quality customer service, and checking information received on requisitions to ensure accuracy.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of procurement documents, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Procurement, including preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and issues related to procurement.

BAM Nuttall offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you can expect a wide range of benefits, including:
