The Opportunity
The business are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Compliance Officer to join their busy Compliance Department. Key Responsibilities
- Provide compliance advice and support across all company processes.
- Assist with the oversight and sign-off of financial promotions and customer communications.
- Monitor regulatory changes and help implement measures to comply with evolving requirements.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct quality assurance monitoring and prepare reports for management.
- Deliver compliance training to staff and support in maintaining training records.
- Identify and escalate potential compliance risks, and support corrective actions
- Act as a champion for customers, FCA conduct, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
What we are looking for?
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of FCA handbook and compliance best practice desired.
- Excellent verbal and numeric reasoning abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivation with a focus on delivering high levels of customer service.
