As a Senior Producer based in our Middlesbrough studio, you will support the Executive Producer in the successful delivery of AAA projects and collaborate closely with the leadership team. This role will involve leading a talented team to create a high-quality product that aligns with the stakeholders' vision. This role may also involve some travelling.
Prioritize Game Features: Align high-value features and set quality targets to match the game's vision.
Task Management: Optimize team performance by managing and prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
Quality Assurance: Be accountable for the overall quality and success of the game.
Resource Management: Manage resources within the budget to support the project's optimal growth.
Coach junior Producers and Leads, assist in resolving complex problems, and support their professional growth.
Strategic Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of large-scale gaming projects.
Proven success in managing the production of AAA games for PC/Console.
~ Solid track record of leading the production of at least two published games.
~ Broad knowledge across diverse areas of game-making; Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of mentoring teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
~ Willingness to coach junior members. Advanced proficiency in Mandarin and/or in Japanese.
~ Experience with Unreal or Unity engines.
