Apprentice Business Administrator PETERSON (UNITED KINGDOM) LIMITED
An exciting opportunity to begin a career with Peterson (UK) Limited - an independent global logistics provider and consultancy partner - working at our office in Great Yarmouth. You will be trained in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the business and provide general administration support.
Salary will be reviewed, dependent upon your performance and progress, following an initial period of six months.
Monday to Friday: 08.Level 3 (A level)
Assist accurately & timely collation of client operational meeting packs, utilising business systems
Obtain data from internal/external sources to populate internal/external operational Key Performance Indicators
Accurately & timely coding & inputting supplier invoices into business system
Manage & accurately create all purchase order/contract call off requests within correct timescales
Comply with all work instructions, policies & procedures
Comply with Level 1 HSE Employee Responsibility & Accountability
Comply with Level 1 of Values & Behaviours
The training you will be getting
Workplace training and learning, together with weekly college attendance - at our Lowestoft Campus - on Wednesdays between 09.GCSE in English and mathematics at Grade 4/C or above, you will also be required to attend college to undertake Functional Skills qualifications in English and mathematics.
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
