Working as a Business Administration Apprentice you will be responsible for providing an important support role, involved in all aspects of the handling of day-to-day tasks and providing general administration support to the wider Residential Service Group.
You will work towards a Business Administration Apprenticeship level 3 qualification to support your development in this job role. There will be the opportunity to attend training at Abingdon or Witney college to enhance your Apprenticeship experience as well as on the job training.

The 24-month Apprenticeship programme will support you to learn the skills to become a successful Business Administrator with a fantastic range of future career options ahead of you. There could not be a more exciting time to join us and following successful completion of your Apprenticeship, there is potential further opportunities for future development with us. I have been given many opportunities over the past 12 months which have helped me grow in confidence around the workplace and within myself, these are working with people outside my team and looking into different departments that interest me.
I was also shortlisted for the Chamber of Commerce ‘Apprentice of the Year’ Award and was 1 of 3 Apprentices to be put up. Without the help and support from everyone at Publica I wouldn’t have been able to achieve this, especially my manager who is always supportive and able to help with anything that is going on, whether it is to do with any college work I have or in my role.”
GCSE Level 9 - 4 or equivalent (formerly A* to C) Maths and English
Commitment to attain the Business Administration Apprenticeship level 3 qualification
Confident in communicating on the telephone, emails and face to face
The Ability to travel
