Crown and Champa Resorts is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead one of our 4 Star properties. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. They will oversee all aspects of our Food and Beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee administrative and planning functions of the Food and Beverage Department to meet daily service needs.
Clearly define roles and responsibilities for various sub-departments like restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and stewarding.
Develop, implement, and monitor schedules to achieve budgeted objectives.
Collaborate with Outlet Managers to create attractive collateral materials for promoting Food & Beverage outlets.
Control costs including food, beverage, labor, and supplies; ensure proper maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Assist Outlet Managers in achieving profit objectives, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
Regularly evaluate customer acceptance and recommend new policies to maintain leadership in the market.
Develop management tools like budgeting and forecasting, and conduct training programs for personnel development.
Directly implement and monitor Food Safety Management System/HACCP Policy, maintaining records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Actively participate in the HACCP committee, attend monthly meetings, stay updated with legislation, and conduct regular training on HACCP policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Certified in Food Safety Management System/HACCP preferred.
