This is a full-time, permanent position where you'll take ownership of developing new business and strengthening existing customer relationships across the region. As Business Development Manager - West Midlands, you'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities within the commercial, residential, modular, and technical markets. You'll work closely with contractors and developers to promote a broad portfolio of products, ensuring a service-led, consultative approach that delivers real value to your customers. Your ability to combine market insight with technical understanding will be essential in driving sustainable growth and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence. Requirements: To be considered for the Business Development Manager - West Midlands role, you will ideally have: * Proven sales experience within the construction industry, or experience selling into contractors. * Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of insulation and drylining products. * A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering results. * The drive to succeed in a high-performing, growth-oriented environment.
