Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Company Overview: The Supply Register are a managed service working alongside a large multi academy trust in Lincolnshire. We are currently seeking dedicated and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on a temporary basis to cover short-long term absences and provide valuable support to our students and teachers.

Position Overview: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide essential support to students across various age groups and abilities. Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment.

Support students with special educational needs (SEN) by implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations.
Help to manage classroom behavior and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other support professionals to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.
Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar support role is preferred but not essential.
Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
