Position: Senior HR Consultant (Recruitment Specialist) Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and team management? We are seeking a Senior HR Consultant (Recruitment Specialist) to lead and manage outsourced end-to-end recruitment projects for our key clients across the public and private sectors. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in HR consulting and a passion for delivering high-quality recruitment services.
Lead a team of HR Consultants responsible for delivering recruitment managed services to key clients.
Implement innovative and cost-effective recruiting strategies, ensuring the team meets performance objectives and recruitment metrics.
Oversee team recruitment, onboarding, and development to maintain optimum talent levels.
Build in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses and recruitment drivers to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Act as an ambassador for Staffline, promoting our resourcing solutions within the business and stakeholder communities.
Strengthen and grow client accounts by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
Support client projects by agreeing on timelines and delivering on recruitment project plans.
Develop and implement recruitment project plans, agreeing on milestones and timelines with clients.
Review and refine job descriptions and personnel specifications to align with client needs and legal requirements.
Create and execute engaging advertising strategies, including digital job board utilisation, social media campaigns, and targeted search channels.
Monitor ad performance, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure accurate job postings on our ATS.
Administer and score ability and aptitude tests for recruitment and development centres.
Oversee candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including application receipt, interview scheduling, and feedback provision.

Stay informed on employment legislation and emerging assessment technologies to enhance recruitment solutions.
Raise the profile of the Staffline brand on social media and within professional networks.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a team of HR Consultants and overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience in public sector recruitment.
Degree in HR or a related discipline.
