Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team at White & Clayton Recruitment. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, absence management, performance management, training and development, and health and well-being.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives and improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related issues and develop solutions to improve business performance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and data, including employee files, absence records, and performance management data.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to support employee development and improve business performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of general HR experience, with a strong background in HR operations and employee relations.
  • CIPD Membership or equivalent qualification.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of NI employment law and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand data trends and make informed recommendations.
  • Results-driven and delivery-oriented, with experience working in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
