A renowned organisation dedicated to promoting global environmental sustainability is seeking a skilled Senior HR Manager fluent in Polish. In this role, you will collaborate with two other HR Managers. This is a permanent position, with a hybrid work model: 50% from the central London office and 50% from home. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Overseeing HR operations for the Northern European region
Managing international payroll for 9 countries, reviewing and approving reports from the payroll outsourcing team
Handling general HR matters for overseas staff
Collaborating with fellow HR Managers to streamline and improve HR processes

You will be a great communicator acting with diplomacy at all times, in a very operational HR role, inspiring and collaborating with your colleagues.
