Director of Sales

Overview: The primary focus of the role is to drive incremental revenue in line with budget and future strategy. With a focus on delivering new lucrative business opportunities that drive revenue and rate, and to build effective relationships with existing accounts to drive volume. The role will also focus on revenue growth of the M&E and group business segments from a combination of new, existing and agency relationships, across all hotels within the Clermont Hotel portfolio. The individual will need strong leadership skills, with a focus on induction, training, mentoring & measurement of the team. This property is more lifestyle/Entertainment focused along with MICE and Corporate. About the Role: Have a clear understanding of the hotels budget strategy and business mix Develop and deliver intelligent, strategic business plans aligned to the individual hotel strategy Unearth and deliver a targeted number of new lucrative business opportunities to support the hotels revenue target Grow revenue and target market share growth by utilising Agency 360 data and RP targets set by hotel by month To work closely with the revenue team to align rate plans and pricing for both corporate and group business Attend and prepare information for the weekly strategy meetings Utilise salesforce.com to enrich client specific data to build a deep understanding of the accounts, the opportunities that exist and to share key information with the hotels Ensure we are always challenging the status quo and look at new ways of operating What's in it for you: Great development opportunities - clear career pathways Discounted rates on hotel rooms, food and drink across the Group Bonus Scheme Access to a 24/7 Employee Assistance Program Paid volunteering days Access to discounts and cashback through a huge range of retailers and service providers via our online benefits portal Great Recognition program and many more Salary Offered: They are offering a salary of circa £75,000 per annum, plus 15% bonus TPBN1_UKCT
