A dynamic and visionary Sales Director is sought to play a pivotal role in shaping the future trajectory. This position will have the opportunity to actively shape the future of the Group beyond conventional sales responsibilities. With the strategic aim of evolving into Managing Director potential, this role offers unparalleled prospects for professional growth and development. This position will lead the Sales and Sales Support Teams across the business, driving growth and shaping the future of the company. With autonomy to implement new strategies, drive innovation, and take ownership of key decisions, the Sales Director will make a significant impact and leave a lasting mark on the Group’s trajectory. MAIN DUTIES: Takes P&L responsibility of the organisation’s sales function.

  • Leads and monitors senior sales & sales support teams across the residential property investment companies.
  • Develops systems to maintain high staff morale and motivation, fostering an environment of innovation.
  • Recruits, trains, and ensures adequate resourcing of sales and support staff.
  • Sets KPIs to maximise sales and profit margins, leveraging industry knowledge.
  • Utilises data effectively to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive company success.
