Circet UK are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team in East Kilbride.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Book training to maximize each class size.
  • Check the training email boxes and reply to all emails within a timely manner.
  • Check for no shows daily – escalate to managers.
  • Check trainers weekly trackers via calendar.
  • Correctly badge back charges to contract codes
  • Booking of External Training (Sibbald, Albacare etc)
  • Update reports / Spreadsheets Daily.
  • Request dates, find out preferred availability, raise PO & confirm bookings
  • Notify owners by email for uplift or post.
  • Cross reference certificates with training given against Tracker and Calendar

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • The ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Establish good working relationships with colleagues.
  • Have integrity and humility in all aspects of work.
  • Possess time management skills and be friendly and upbeat attitude.
