Join us as a Change & Communications Support professional and contribute to the success of our People Services Transformation. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Change & Communications Lead in executing change management and communication strategies for the HR and Payroll system implementation. Previous experience in change management or communications support, with a focus on HR system implementations.
~ Excellent communication and writing skills to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
~ Genuine interest in contributing to change initiatives and fostering a positive organizational culture.
~ Familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, etc.
~ Ensure seamless execution of workshops, training sessions, and other change-related initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change and communication activities with overall project goals.
