As we continue to elevate our offerings, we are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Wine to lead our wine program with expertise and innovation.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of 9 sommeliers and curate an extensive wine list featuring over 1,000 references. Our collection showcases wines from around the globe, with a distinct emphasis on Italian varieties and a special appreciation for the treasures of Greece.

Curate and manage an extensive wine list that complements our culinary offerings and reflects our commitment to quality and diversity.
-Develop and implement wine programs and initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience and drive revenue.
-Establish strong relationships with wine distributors, producers, and suppliers to ensure access to unique and high-quality wines.
-Train and educate staff on wine knowledge, service standards, and sales techniques to provide exceptional service to our guests.
-Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, pricing, and stock control, to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
-Stay updated on industry trends, emerging wine regions, and new vintages to continuously evolve and improve our wine selection.
Extensive experience in the wine industry, with a proven track record of success in wine program management and sommelier services.
-Deep knowledge of wines from around the world, including grape varieties, regions, vintages, and production methods.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of wine professionals.
-Organizational and analytical abilities to manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance.
-Passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences.
