Job Description

You will be  Sales & Business Development Expert  within the  GREEN PASS   Sales & Marketing team for the United Kingdom:

  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle, selling our products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promoting  GREEN PASS ´products/services addressing clients’ objectives
  • Preparing sales contracts and offers
  • Utilisation of CRM System and digital sales methods
  • Providing feedback and after-sales support Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions 
  • Achieving quarterly sales targets Collaborating with team members and other departments for the benefit of  GREEN PASS  and its clients
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as business development manager/sales executive in the IT/Software market, preferably SaaS experience
  • Proficiency and experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM)
  • Ability to build productive business relationships
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Energetic and committed to getting result
  • Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • German and proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge (e.g. software, building architecture, real estate, ...)
  • Team player
