An established and successful Independent Agency in is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their extremely busy office based in either Maidstone or Chatham.

 
The company mainly concentrates on Lettings but they do deal with a small amount of Sales, roughly a 90%/10% split.

 
The director has recently acquired new portfolios and is looking to continue to grow the Business.

 
The Role
·This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 1 years experience in Lettings that loves working in a busy office and thrives under pressure.
·This is a growing business offering a chance to progress your career

 
Your Responsibilities
·Build relationships with landlords and property investors.
·Handle negotiations and queries from clients & prospective tenants
·Conducting Viewings
·Lettings Administration

 
Skills Required
·My client is looking for a highly motivated and Career focussed Lettings Professional
·You must have good knowledge of Lettings Legislation
·You must be presentable and well spoken and a great team player.
·Excellent communication skills are essential.
·You will need to have good communication skills and an understanding of Social Media
·Evidence of Lettings experience

 
My client is Offering –

 
·Salary £22,000 Basic salary
·Realistic OTE £25 -30,000 +
·Petrol Allowance
·A clean full UK driving licence
·ARLA level 3 paid for by the company which results in a salary increase on completion

 
Hours –
·Mon – Friday 8.45am- 5.30pm (finish at 5pm on Friday)
·Every other Saturday 9am – 4pm (day of in lieu).
