**LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR WANTED FOR A WELL ESTABLISHED LOCAL ESTATE AGENTS**

**LOOKING FOR A FRIENDLY LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR TO JOIN THE EXISTING TEAM**

**BASIC SALARY £21/22,000 DOE OTE £23-24,000**

**Monday-Friday 9am - 5.30 pm - Every other saturday 9am - 5pm**

**Duties**:

- Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
- Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
- Showing people around properties in the local area
- Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
- Matching customer needs for renting of properties
- General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input

**Requirements**:

- You must have a full, clean UK licence & own car
- Minimum 6 months sales or lettings experience
- Excellent communication skills
- You will be articulate
- You will have good interpersonal and people skills
- You will be well-presented and professional in appearance
- You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
- You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Able to work a 5 days week including a Saturday
