Are you a people person with a passion for property? Our Maidstone branch is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our vibrant team. Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings, showcasing our properties in the best light.

Handle various administrative tasks related to lettings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

A strong desire to succeed and grow within the property industry.

Competitive Salary: £18,000 base salary plus £5,000 commission, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £23,000.
