Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our clients, both landlords and tenants, ensuring a positive letting experience. Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings, showcasing our properties in the best light. Negotiations: Assist in negotiating terms between landlords and tenants. Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks related to lettings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. What We’re Looking For: Personality: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
