BJSS is seeking an interim Head of Partnerships to lead our portfolio of strategic technology partnerships, including the likes of AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud and Databricks. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the BJSS Business Development team, driving forward our partnerships to meet our strategic objectives and reach the next level of growth.

Face off with senior stakeholders within partner organisations, developing relationships and positioning BJSS as a leader in the market.
Work closely with the sales team to develop joint industry strategies with partners, including target accounts, co-sell opportunities and joint marketing / events.
Drive collaboration with partner teams across our existing accounts to drive awareness of BJSS, develop co-sell opportunities and broaden relationships.
Work with our technology and delivery teams to achieve new competencies and specialisations with our partners that help to further establish BJSS in the market.
Increase the number of partner certifications across the business by working closely with BJSS’ L&D and Delivery teams.
Continuously evaluate our partner ecosystem, ensuring it aligns with future strategy and the direction of the business.

Experience of working in a Head of Partnerships role or similar – either within a professional services business or partner organisation, with a solid understanding of how the partner channel operates.
Experience of working with multiple technology partners across Cloud, Data and AI.
A natural flair for business development with the ability to spot and develop commercial opportunities.
