Previous experience working as a Senior Project Manager in a large complex organisation
Experience in implementation of human resources and payroll solutions or comparable projects
Experience with matrix management, strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and maintain focus on project goals.
Sound track record of initiating and managing large-scale projects within a complex organisation.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects within a programme. Analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data, generate effective solutions and make effective decisions.
