Change4Life takes a holistic and community-based approach, improving and promoting the physical and emotional health & wellbeing of children, young people and their families as well as expectant parents with a lasting impact.
We are currently seeking a Business Support Officer to join us on a part-time basis, working 29.6 hours per week for a temporary contract until May 2025.
Annual paid leave entitlement of 25 working days, rising each April by one day, subject to a maximum of 30 working days plus bank holidays (pro rata)

As a Business Support Officer, you will provide administrative and business support to our Change4Life service across Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.
Maintaining computerised and manual systems, you will help to produce data and monitoring reports, conduct data collection tasks and process incoming and outgoing mail.
You will also oversee the financial expenditure of the service, submit returns to the central office and process all income.
Provide an efficient and welcoming first point of contact for the service
- Support the coaching team to process incoming referrals and close client records
- Ensure the office environment complies with Health and Safety standards
To be considered as a Business Support Officer, you will need:
- Experience working in an office setting
- Experience keeping accurate financial records
- Experience and understanding of working with databases
Please note, you will be required to work flexibly and outside core hours as per service need, including occasional weekends.
Appointments are subject to Family Action receiving a disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service that we consider acceptable.
