Brighton Head Office - hybrid 
We’re seeking a Product Management Director who can ensure we maximise the amount of students successfully participating and succeeding in international education. Working closely with colleagues in partnership, student recruitment, academic and other teams, the Product Management Director will have full P&L responsibility for our existing product lines – using every means possible to ensure they respond to changing student and university needs. Own a virtual P&L for each product category, and maximise the short and long-term value of the portfolio.
Explore new program formats, delivery methods, and learning experiences based on a deep understanding of learner and university needs..
Ensure we can explain the value of our products and services clearly and succinctly for all audiences: students, parents, agents, and university/delivery partners (and our own teams).
Propose bold ideas for curriculum enhancements and program expansion based on data and insight.
Balance short-term revenue goals with long-term sustainability.
Foster a mutual understanding of student and university pain points, and identify opportunities where both parties can win.
A strong background in product portfolio management, with a deep understanding of maximising value through product, pricing, positioning and other key drivers.
Ability to challenge assumptions, take calculated risks, and drive change.
Strategic mindset with a flair for creative problem-solving.
Experience with using a product management methodology and implementing it across an organization                                                                
Experience building and delivering digital (and, ideally, blended) programmes at scale
