As a Performance Coach Partner, you will play a crucial role in equipping field teams and leaders to deliver our North Star across the Roche Portfolio.
Our Performance Coach Partners are committed to continuous learning and development, always seeking new ways of working and driving change. Providing active coaching, thought-partnership, and problem-solving: You will support individuals and teams by offering strategic guidance and actionable insights to improve performance and business outcomes.
Motivating the field team: You will build on in-call strengths and provide coaching on areas of mutually identified development to drive customer behavior change, ultimately enhancing business outcomes.
You will work closely with team leaders to create bespoke coaching plans for individuals, focusing on enhancing skills, technical knowledge, and overall team effectiveness to ensure a best-in-industry standard.
Ensuring a high-performance culture: You will keep up to date with changes in the market, environmental factors, and demands on the team, ensuring coaching is relevant and forward-thinking.
Demonstrated coaching success: You will be effective at coaching and mentoring teams, with a deep understanding of how to foster growth and development in others.
You will excel at leading group sessions, managing projects, and clearly communicating goals, strategies, and outcomes.

Our UK Pharmaceutical head office is situated in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, with beautiful countryside surrounding the area. Supported by major motorways & airports as well as being a 30 minute train ride to London, access is easy. Our award-winning office, known as Hexagon Place, was opened in 2005 and provides a modern, flexible working environment with facilities that are second-to-none. Around 2,000 people work at our Welwyn office in Global Early Development (pRED), Global Product Development (PD), Commercial (Rx) and our Corporate functions.
