Sales Manager – Printed Folded Cartons
Salary: £50-60k basic (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits
Our client prides itself on delivering sustainable printed carton packaging to some of the country’s most well-known brands. Driven by innovation and quality of work, their aim is to produce products that leave a lasting impression on customers. Following a significant growth period, they are looking to appoint a Sales Manager with the knowledge and expertise required to take them to the next level.
This Sales Manager role will act as a “player-coach”, designing and implementing the strategic sales plan to expand the existing customer base and ensure its strong presence. Alongside this, the role of sales manager will be to actively manage the sales team with a focus on developing talent, setting objectives, coaching, monitoring performance and driving them to exceed sales goals.
We are looking for someone with a strong business sense and who has proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Coming from a printed folded carton background, with successful experience as a senior sales representative or sales manager, you will be able to offer invaluable advice to both staff and clients.
Success in the formative stages in this role will be recognised, with the opportunity to progress into a director level position.
