About the role:

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will take overall responsibility for developing and delivering a streamlined MSP service for a well-established client within the Construction industry.

You will take the lead on strategic engagement with the client and supply chain and will also work closely with the Client Director and dedicated Recruitment Partner; leading by example throughout and working openly with an experienced team, who are based in London, Northampton, Leicester and Liverpool.

What it looks like day to day:

  • You will assume responsibility for driving effective temporary recruitment processes, partnering with the client in a strategic capacity throughout. As a focal point of contact for the client, you will ensure the processes in place allow for optimum service delivery.
  • Additionally, you will be accountable for the operational management of internal and external suppliers, ensuring quality and timelines are met, and acting as the point of escalation where they are not. You will also work in a leadership capacity with our dedicated Vendor Partners.
  • As a true partner of the business, you will negotiate and advise the client in their recruitment decisions and take a lead on delivering recruitment strategies across the business and provide data management by collating and reviewing operational data on regular basis.
  • Among your responsibilities will be identifying potential areas of enhancement and proactively inspiring changes aimed at process optimisation and continuous improvement.

To be successful:

We are looking for passionate, ambitious and tenacious professional who is currently working in a staffing environment. Previous experience in the recruitment industry is required and previous experience in MSP or RPO operations would be an asset. Readiness to work under pressure along with great time management skills are also required.

It would be beneficial to have:

  • This role does involve travel across the UK and therefore beneficial to have a driving licence / transport while also utilising public transport where required.
  • In addition, you have the ability to get things done through collaboration and effective communication.
  • Your excellent customer service skills and ability to build meaningful relationships will allow you to succeed.
  • Experience within the Construction recruitment industry
