**About The Role**:
The Talent Business Partner is an internal consultant who reports to the Head of Talent, providing an enabling business support role, delivering an end-to-end Resourcing & Talent specialist service for our Delivery, Design & Operations functions. Responsible for leading recruitment; being a business partner to the Senior Leadership Team, Hiring Managers and the HR community.

This person will be tasked with supporting our efforts to increase the representation of diverse talent into the business and increasing the profile of the organisation as an inclusive employer of choice. You'll be confident in managing small teams as well as advising stakeholders, challenging where necessary, and reviewing and reporting on recruitment data to determine successes and areas of improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Works with the Head of Talent, HR & Business Partners to develop and embed the People Plan across the business, that supports the needs of the growing business and provides a stretch around future growth and development, embedding the learning & talent framework.
- Supporting the team with any recruitment needs including recruiting both Perm and Contract roles where appropriate.
- Genuine enthusiasm for inclusion - someone who can help us raise our own high bar on what we can do to champion this across the business.
- Partner with CPO, Head of Talent, HR & leadership to understand and support our DEI strategy, with a specific focus on representation
- Be an advocate for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and that all approvals and recruitment flow through the system.
- Partner with HR to devise a Workforce Plan and People Insights to drive Talent Acquisition metrics and reporting, specifically in relation to diverse representation
- Contribute to the development of company recruitment best practice guidelines, processes and general practices
- Leading the existing team with solid people management, being hands on and always approachable.
- Build robust and credible relationships with a variety of stakeholders within the business from Managing Directors, functional heads, all levels of employees.
- Provide support to the wider recruitment function on projects/initiatives aligned to the recruitment framework
- Work closely with the Talent team to facilitate opportunities for talent attraction and retention
- An important part of this will be developing and maintaining an external network of DEI specialists, community partners, organisations and formal bodies, in sharing best practices and working collaboratively.
- Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
- Work with the Head of Talent and Business Partners to identify and attend recruitment events, to expand knowledge of the brand and build our pipeline.

**About You**:
Skills and experience (essential):

- Relevant in-house or agency, client facing recruitment experience gained in complex organisation(s) with multiple stakeholders (including matrix relationships)
- Experience of recruiting Delivery, Design & Operations teams.
- A skilled recruiter who has experience in a number of verticals. Digital Transformation is a key area for us so if you've done this in the past it will be a plus.
- Experience building upon and improving existing recruitment processes and supporting value initiatives (e.g. D&I, recruitment training, etc.)
- Strong team ethic - we move as one and that means having each other's backs and pitching in whenever you can.
- Experience of successfully delivering against a resourcing strategy that delivers positive business results
- Team management experience, able to motivate and develop a forward-thinking team.
