Campus Recruiting Partner
Our Human Resources team in New York is growing and Campus Recruiting is one of our key areas of focus. As a Campus Recruiting Partner at Millennium, you will focus on supporting our intern recruiting strategy, including how and where we engage with Universities and designing the internship program across multiple offices. This will require you to partner closely with different departments across Millennium to ensure an outstanding experience for our interns and managers. In order to be successful you will need to provide innovative ideas, maintain clear lines of communication with the business and candidates. Principal Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates
- Build new relationships with universities, including students and faculty
- Manage the planning and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events
- Help develop strong relationships with all candidates and new hires through the recruiting process
- Act as the main point of contact for managers throughout recruiting process and summer programs
- Determine metrics for program success and communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis
Qualifications/SkillsRequired
- Strong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and hiring processes
- Ability to work closely and create partnerships with senior business leaders
- Excellent skills in attracting/retaining talent, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record working with campus conferences, events and campus recruiting channels
- Minimum of 2 years Campus/University recruiting experience
- Experience with candidate tracking using Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this position is$70,000to$160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
