Role Title: Property Photographer/Videographer/Drone Operator

Location: Edinburgh/Midlothian/East Lothian

Start Date : ASAP

Working hours:

Spring & Summer: 9am – 6pm

Autumn & Winter: 9am – 5pm

Package value: £30,100

Salary: £24,000 per annum

Paid holidays: 28 days paid holiday per year

The role:

We are looking for an excellent full-time property photographer/videographer/drone operator to join our award-winning team of creatives. You must be based in either Edinburgh, East Lothian or Midlothian and the areas you will cover will mainly be the above-mentioned areas, however, during holidays or high season, we may require you to travel to various areas around the country.

You will understand how to use visuals (stills and film) to make a property sell. A solid understanding of the Scottish Property Market is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Photography: shoot a range of wide and lifestyle shots of a property and its surroundings for the sales market
  • Video: Film properties to create walk-through videos and teaser shots
  • Drone: Both drone stills, and film will be required at some properties
  • Discuss the shots with the clients at the property.
  • Collect or drop off property keys as required.
  • Provide photos and video to the company in a timely manner after a shoot
  • Work closely with our in-house editing departments
  • Create accurate floor plan sketches of a property (training will be provided for our in-house style)

Essential Skills :

  • A strong portfolio of property/architectural photography
  • Experience operating a drone and creating walk-though videos (further training will be provided)
  • Experience working in the property industry
  • Enthusiastic interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Technologically adept and very comfortable with electronic administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence with own vehicle
  • Formal training/qualifications
  • Appropriate gear for conducting your work
