Qualifications: To hold QTS/QTLS.
Experience: Have worked in a school environment. Particularly, experience in secondary school would be an added advantage.
Knowledge: Have an understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs.

Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.
