We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusive Learning Assistant to join our team at Parker Smith Inclusion Ltd. As an integral part of our SEND teaching team, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively. A degree in Education or a related field is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Providing one-on-one support to students with SEND, promoting independence and confidence
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and sharing feedback with teachers and parents

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including:
