Inclusion and Learning Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Inclusion and Learning Assistant to join our team at Remedy Education. As an Academic Support Administrator, you will work in a Lewisham secondary school, providing essential support to teachers, students, and parents/carers.
Responsibilities- Developing Positive Relationships: Establish constructive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitoring Progress: Regularly monitor pupil progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and implementing strategies to support their learning.
- Providing Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including dealing with correspondence, compiling attendance reports, and making phone calls.
- Supporting Students with SEN: Develop and implement individual education plans, supporting students with specialist equipment and assisting with examinations and access arrangements.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience.
