Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive engineering, project management, and vehicle prototyping. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising our operational processes, ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management working closely with the Managing Director and Company Founder David Dicker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Oversee the prototyping process from initial design to production, ensuring quality standards and project specifications are met.
- Implement and optimise operational procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues and challenges that may arise during project execution.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence in all operational activities.

Qualifications:
