As a Restaurant Operations Manager at THE PIG, you must thrive from working on the restaurant floor, having the ability to host a room, setting the tone for a relaxed, yet professional style of service that's guaranteed to ensure our guests can sit back and enjoy their time with us.

Our restaurant team is diverse, with varied experience and abilities on display, you will need to train, plan and develop their skills to collectively provide a quality service to our guests.

The ideal Restaurant Operations Manager at THE PIG will show creativity and empowerment to those around them by giving that little extra in everything they do.

We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager who has a spirit of generosity towards both the team and PIG guests, a leader who can drive the departments revenue, working closely with our F&B manager to manage reservations, budgeting, and staffing costs.

We are seeking for a Restaurant Operations Manager with a minimum of 3 years of current and relevant restaurant and/or food & beverage management experience.

You must have the competency to deliver high-volume and standards of restaurant operations, managing a team of 20+ staff.

We require a real communicator, who has honesty, integrity, and the ability to read a room, always ensuring efficient and consistent levels of service.
