Role Overview:

As a full-time, permanent Restaurant Manager, you will:

Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the front-of-house operations in our main restaurant, ensuring safety and compliance with standard operating procedures.

Achieve Performance Targets: Control budgets, stock, margins, and costs to meet our performance goals.

Administrative Excellence: Handle tasks such as team schedules, safety checks, and legislative compliance.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify solutions to challenges and set goals for growth and enhancement.

Lead and Develop Your Team: Coach and mentor team members to ensure high productivity and professional development.

Guest Satisfaction: Inspire your team to be dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Recruitment and Training: Effectively recruit, onboard, and train new team members.

Experience and Qualifications
