The role:
As a Restaurant manager you will run the F&B operation. You will ensure the Restaurant is ready for service; the tables look amazing, manage the stock levels, manage & train the team, do the rotas, meet and great customers and ensure any customer requests are dealt with. This role covers all of the normal Restaurant manager duties.

Experience:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager with a fine dining background ideally within Rosette or Michelin Restaurant. You must have a good knowledge of food, wines and service standards.

  • Salary: £35-40k + tips of £300-£350 a month
  • Live in accommodation available
