Salary - £25k - £28k per annum DOE

Full Time (8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday)

•Ideally have own transport due to location
•2+ years’ experience in high growth B2B with expertise in product management
•Qualification in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross functionally to deliver on the customer’s needs.
•Resilient and tenacious attitude to deliver on KPIs
•High standards of consistent time management and organisational skills.
•Experience in communicating product information and updates to teammates and key stakeholders.
•Passion for learning from customers and prospects to understand their challenges and needs
•Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels of an organisation.
•Competency with Systems: Excel, Outlook and other web-based platforms (smartsheet etc).
•Experience in product management software would be an advantage but not required.
•Strong knowledge and understanding of product life cycle stages.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
•Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualise new products and ideas.
•Research market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
•Create and build out the product vision and roadmap to share and communicate with the team and stakeholders
•Assist in the development of new products from ideation to production.
•Work closely with Procurement Team to ensure product specifications are met with suppliers.
•Producing & Maintaining development policies and guidelines/process.
•Conduct product testing to ensure quality to maintain adherence to company standards.
•Support with the management of timelines and deadlines for new product development projects.
•Work with the Marketing Team on the development of product /marketing road map
•Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging innovations.
•Analyse market data to inform product development decisions.
•Responsible for the overall product management infrastructure for master product information files (PIFs) for the entire business to work from.
•Working with the Procurement team to ensure materials remain up to date at all times.
•Responsible for the briefing of product collateral, working with the design team to produce efficient and effective training materials as well as product manuals for example.
•Attention to detail, accuracy, and upkeep of product documentation.
