Marketing Manager

Bedwas. Caerphilly (Fully office based)

FTC – Up to 12 months – Covering maternity (Chance of being made permanent for the right candidate)

Hours – 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Salary - £40k - £45k DOE

Our expanding, reputable client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team to cover a maternity leave for Up to 12 months. There is a chance of this role going permanent for the right candidate and depending on business needs.

Essential

* A wealth of experience working in a senior marketing position

* Experience of managing a team

* Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies

* Proven track record in launching new products effectively in line with sales forecast volumes.

* Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and data

* Highly organised

* Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

* Provide insightful KPI reports into the Managing Director.

* Lead the coordination and execution of all marketing plans in accordance with the overall business strategy.

* Build additional plans where necessary in response to market demands.

* Work closely with Head of Sales to develop commercial, innovative sales and marketing strategies to continuously aim for that market leader position in the UK Fire Trade.

* Collaborate with the Management Team on market updates as well as wider operational activities.

* Focus on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services

* Conception, development and implementation of, product concepts, launch strategies and promotional programmes to drive interest and sales.

* Budget-management skills and proficiency

* Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns

* Organise and manage promotional events such as trade shows right from concept to delivery.

* Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

* Working to continuously ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across the entire organisation and improving the company’s marketing outreach efforts.

* Efficiently managing annual marketing budgets
