Claims Specialist

DAS UK Group is seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team in our Bedwas Office.

Our claims department is a vital part of our market-leading legal expenses insurance provision, and we are looking for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

We have modern and friendly offices and offer flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home part-time.

We provide an excellent benefits package and a 9-5, Monday to Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends.

You will use your excellent customer service skills to manage a diverse range of claims, including telephone and written communications with customers, solicitors, and business partners.

• Manage a diverse range of claims, with a focus on providing excellent customer service to our customers.
• Oversee the customer experience throughout the claim life-cycle from first point of contact to investigating evidence and making informed decisions on claims outcomes, displaying empathy and compassion throughout.
• Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to our customers, business partners, and internal customers.
• Develop your knowledge of DAS products and policies to become an expert in assessing and identifying claims, and managing appointments of litigators and solicitors where necessary.
