About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a one year, fixed-term basis. The HR Advisor will play a key role in providing HR support, advice, and guidance to employees and managers as well as managing key projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional looking to make a significant impact within a global organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and assist in the recruitment and selection process
  • Conduct employee investigations and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Support the implementation of performance management processes and provide coaching to managers on effective performance management practices
  • Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support the overall HR strategy and objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or CIPD Level 5
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment, in a HR capacity
  • Proven experience providing HR advice and support to employees and managers
  • Ability to manage improvement projects
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
