United Kingdom Dynamic Planner Full time

Role Purpose:

We are looking for the next hunter with experience in and a passion for lead generation to join our SME Business Development Team acting as the first point of contact at the top of the sales funnel. This person will drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for the SME Business Development Team.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development SME, you will be an integral and highly visible part of the wider 7-strong Business Development Team. You will be responsible for identifying and progressing B2B new business leads into sales qualified leads for the sales consultants, using agreed sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be given clear targets and expected outcomes which ultimately lead to new clients for Dynamic Planner. You will be qualifying in & qualifying out outbound new business opportunities, conducting conversations by phone as well as via email and or social media.

Your activity will be split between working on Marketing Contacted Leads (MCL) from our complete database of UK advice firms and Marketing Engaged Leads (MEL) from marketing initiatives and events programs. This is an outbound telemarketing focused role, targeting new business, so you will not be responsible for qualifying inbound enquiries or leads from our existing clients. Dynamic Planner is the industry leader in its field and so even cold prospects are likely to know who we are.

Researching outbound potential clients, you will be generating leads. All members of the SME Development Team will gain an in-depth knowledge of the capabilities of our software platform and the solutions we provide to significant pain points, articulating and communicating the innovative and unique solutions we provide.

  • Go To Market Team (Sales, Marketing & Client Success).

Competencies (knowledge/skills/experience):

  • Self-motivation is key with a high level of energy and the ability to push boundaries.
  • Great written and oral communication with an ability to persuade and influence.
  • Experience in a lead generation, business development, telemarketing, or sales role.
  • Experience in Fintech preferable but not required.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) preferable but not required.
  • Passion for technology preferable but not required.

Education & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree desirable, but not required.
