Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Junior Application Support Analyst to join our client's team in London. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals keen on developing their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing technical incidents, including call logging and troubleshooting.
  • Providing support and maintenance for software and hardware, primarily through remote access.
  • Installing, configuring, and testing software on PC and server systems.
  • Conducting end-user training and preparing documentation.
  • Providing event support remotely and on-site.
  • Collaborating with the Development Team and liaising with clients to resolve technical issues.

Essential Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in T-SQL is advantageous.
  • Solid technical foundation with a good grasp of networking principles and Microsoft server and desktop environments.
  • Exceptional communication, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliability and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to foster effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong prioritization abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
